More than 3 thousand applications have been received by the eco-reception since the beginning of the year
Since January 1, 3,280 appeals have been sent to the Republican Public Environmental Reception, 2,831 of them have already been resolved.
1,426 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception, 1,033 notifications were received in the School Ecopatrol application. 736 requests were registered in the People's Control system and 85 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal - these are 1,729 reports (1,033 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). Residents complained 490 times about the quality of atmospheric air, 370 times about the quality of water, and 691 times about other issues.
