The Republican Environmental Reception has received almost 3,000 applications since the beginning of the year.
Since the beginning of the year, the Republican Public Environmental Reception has received 2925 applications from Tatarstan citizens, 2364 of them have already been resolved.
1221 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception, 969 notifications were accepted into the School Ecopatrol application. 668 requests were registered in the People's Control system and 67 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal - these are 1,597 reports (969 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). 429 times, residents complained about the quality of atmospheric air, 329 about the quality of water, and 570 times about other issues.
