Almost 2.5 thousand appeals from Tatarstan citizens have been resolved by environmentalists since the beginning of the year.
Environmentalists reviewed and resolved 2,443 appeals out of 3,084 received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception.
1335 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception, 987 notifications were accepted into the School Ecopatrol application. 686 requests were registered in the People's Control system and 76 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal - these are 1,644 reports (987 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). Residents complained 455 times about the quality of atmospheric air, 350 times about the quality of water, and 635 times about other issues.
