The reception received 2,677 requests, 2,159 of which have already been resolved.
1,097 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception, and 939 notifications were received in the School Eco-patrol application. 590 requests were registered in the People's Control system and 51 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal - these are 1503 reports (939 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). 366 times residents complained about the quality of atmospheric air, 295 about water quality and 513 times about other issues.
It should be recalled that during the sanitary two-month period, the residents themselves helped to identify violations. From April 1 to May 31, the environmental reception received 1,601 applications. More than 74% of all requests received were promptly reviewed and resolved.
