83% of the appeals have been resolved by environmentalists since the beginning of the year
Environmentalists reviewed and resolved 2,663 appeals out of 3201 received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception.
1381 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception, 1018 notifications were accepted into the School Ecopatrol application. 719 requests were registered in the People's Control system and 83 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal - these are 1,698 messages (1,018 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). 476 times, residents complained about the quality of atmospheric air, 361 about the quality of water and 666 times about other issues.
