The XI All-Russian Congress "State regulation of the environment protection and ecological safety assurance. Fall. 2016" will be held in Moscow.

The XI All-Russian Congress "State regulation of the environment protection and ecological safety assurance. Fall. 2016" will be held in Moscow on October 26-27th. The event is organized by the Group of Companies "Agency of social and economic development".  The program of the Congress addresses heads and leading ecological specialists of the companies, whose employees need to solve the matters of ecological regulation. During the Congress the participants will be able to familiarize with innovations of ecological legislation and relevant judicial practice. The most relevant topics of the Congress include:

- State ecological surveillance, administrative liability. Inspections in 2016.

- Manufacturing ecological control at the company according to the new rules. Laboratory control. Automated system to control emissions (discharges) of industrial enterprises;

- The matters regarding regulation of the impact on the environment in 2016;

- Elaboration and approval of procedures to calculate emissions into the air (Enactment of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 16, 2016 No. 422) into water bodies;

- Amendments to the normative and legal base concerning waste management, a new procedure of payment for the negative impact on the environment;

- Licensing of the activity on collection, transportation, processing, recovery, deactivation, and placement of the waste of I-IV hazard classes, establishment of the standards for waste recovery, as well as the matters of the State register of waste disposal sites (SRWDS).
