Since January 18, the composition of the documents for applying for a change in the category of land has changed
Resolution No. 22 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 01/18/2025 amended Resolution No. 523 dated 10/25/2006 "On approval of the Application form for the transfer of a land plot from agricultural land to another category and the composition of the documents attached to it."
Since January 18, 2024, the composition of the documents attached to the application for the transfer of a land plot from agricultural land to another category has changed. According to the changes, coordination with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan is excluded from the documents.
Now, in order to transfer a land plot from agricultural land to another category, applicants must comply with the requirements of Resolution No. 523 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 10/25/2006, as amended on 01/18/2025.
