An unauthorized landfill in the Nurlatsky district has been eliminated, the damage has been compensated

During the monitoring of the territories of the Nurlatsky district, inspectors of the Southeastern Department revealed unauthorized waste disposal in the village of Butaiha, Mamykovskoye rural settlement of the Nurlatsky district, with an area of 114 square meters.m. According to an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the owner of the land plot is an individual. 

As a result of the unauthorized disposal of waste in the specified area, environmental damage was caused, estimated at 90 thousand rubles. Environmentalists filed a claim for liquidation and compensation for damage caused to the environment.

At the moment, the owner of the land has eliminated the landfill and compensated for the damage caused to the environment.
