The fact of dumping soil contaminated with construction waste was revealed by state inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in the village of Vishnevka on Pestrechinskaya Street. The clutter area was 360 sq.m.
A warning was sent to the owner of the territory, the Administration of the Sovetsky district of Kazan, about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements, and then a claim. However, the waste dump was not eliminated within the prescribed period.
In view of the refusal to voluntarily comply with the requirements, the Ministry of Ecology appealed to the court with a claim to oblige the Executive Committee of Kazan, the Administration of Sovetsky district to eliminate the violation. During the court proceedings, the territory was brought into proper sanitary and ecological condition.
