Participants of the "Water of Russia" campaign collected 9 bags of garbage at the Bolshetarkhanskaya dam
Villagers also joined the All-Russian campaign "Water of Russia", which is taking place within the framework of the national project "Ecology" Big Tarkhans of the Tetyushsky district. Environmental specialists, employees of the Executive Committee, the district House of Culture, the library, as well as schoolchildren took part in the cleaning of the coastal strip.
The participants of the campaign cleared the territory of the Bolshetarkhanskaya dam of debris accumulated during the summer season. This is primarily glass, plastic and other household waste. Now, thanks to the volunteers, this area has become not only clean, but also more safe. 9 bags of garbage were collected and removed from the shores.
Let us recall that the campaign "Water of Russia" is aimed at restoring recreational areas located along water bodies, forming a careful attitude towards water resources among the population, as well as supporting voluntary social projects aimed at improving the condition of rivers, lakes and reservoirs. The Republic of Tatarstan has already won this All-Russian environmental campaign three times.
