An unauthorized landfill in Almetyevsk was eliminated after a claim by environmentalists
During the monitoring of the territories, inspectors of the Southeastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology identified an unauthorized landfill in the city of Almetyevsk. On the territory of the garage company, at the intersection of Obyezdnaya and Montazhnaya streets, waste storage was recorded on an area of 94 sq.m. The volume of the unauthorized landfill was 32 cubic meters.
Upon request to the Office of the Federal Register of the Republic of Tatarstan, it was established that the territory is in municipal ownership. In this regard, environmentalists sent a warning to the Executive Committee of the Almetyevsk district, but upon re-departure it turned out that the landfill had not yet been cleaned. Then, a claim was sent to the Executive Committee of the district demanding the elimination of violations of environmental legislation by eliminating the landfill.
Currently, the territory has been restored to its proper condition.
