As part of Operation Clean Air, inspectors from the Ministry of Ecology checked 104 vehicles

Inspectors of the Central Department of the Ministry of Ecology, together with employees of the Interregional Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Transport in the Volga Federal District, carried out a visit to the Malinovka traffic police post.

 During the period from 3 to 7 June, 104 vehicles (72 cars and 32 trucks) were checked. During the inspection, three cars with excess exhaust emissions standards were identified. Explanations were given to the drivers, as well as a preventive conversation was held.

It should be recalled that Operation Clean Air is carried out annually in order to monitor compliance with established emission standards and identify excess pollutants in the exhaust gases of motor vehicles.
