Today, within the framework of the seminar-meeting on the exchange of experience, where the regions present their wastewater treatment projects within the framework of the national project "Ecology", Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia Pavel Baryshev, together with the Minister of Ecology of Tatarstan Alexander Shadrikov, visited the exhibition organized for the seminar. Among other things, innovative developments on monitoring of water bodies were presented here.
The NAECO Consortium presented its developments, which have already been installed on the research vessel of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan "Flamingo"
The equipment presented today at the exhibition by the Consortium and already tested as part of the Flamingo expeditions allows you to find deep-sea wastewater discharges, investigate the quality of these discharges, record violations on the water with video cameras on the go, measure hydrochemical and hydrophysical water indicators in real time.
All devices included in the complex, as well as software, are of domestic production.
The exhibition also demonstrated the work of the Gidrokaskad software package, which is designed to visualize and simulate the modes of operation of the reservoirs of the Volga-Kama Cascade and the geoinformation system "Digital Platform of the ecology and Nature management industry" was presented.
The Deputy head of the Ministry of Natural Resources highly appreciated these latest developments and noted that Tatarstan's projects can serve as an example for other regions. "Various systems have been made, including on behalf of the head of Tatarstan, and you will pay attention to them for implementation in your regions. I was shown both the water component and the air. Especially interesting in my opinion is a project where you can control the quality of water and bilge waters. I will ask even these developments of Tatarstan to take as a basis and take them into account in the new project," Pavel Baryshev said.
