Violations were found at biological waste disposal facilities in 15 districts of the Republic of Tatarstan
The Kazan interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office conducted an inspection of compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of animal waste management on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was found that in 15 districts of Tatarstan, biological waste disposal facilities do not meet the requirements of the legislation. Fences are partially damaged at animal burial grounds in the districts, while access of people and animals to the territory of the above-mentioned objects is not excluded. Representations were made to local self-government bodies, according to the results of the review, the objects of biological waste disposal should be brought into compliance with the requirements of the legislation.
