According to the information received about the excavation work near the cottage village "Meshinsky estates" of the Pestrechinsky district, inspectors of the Central Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a field visit. At the time of departure, earthworks were not carried out, there was no equipment on the territory, however, inspectors recorded the removal of a fertile soil layer on the land plot.
Also, according to the measurements carried out, it was established that the work was carried out in the water protection zone of the Mesha River. The inspectors of the Ministry sent a request to the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan to clarify the category and owner of the plot. According to the results of the request, the owner of the land plot is the Executive Committee of the Shalinsky rural settlement of the Pestrechinsky district. The territory is intended for agricultural use. Environmentalists sent a request to the Executive Committee of the Pestrechinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan for a warrant for land works, according to the response of the Executive Committee, the committee did not issue permits for work.
For further measures, all materials were sent to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Pestrechinsky district and to the Department of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Republic of Tatarstan.
