The damage caused by the dumping of construction waste in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan has been forcibly compensated. Let us recall that the violation was revealed by inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in July last year. 

The damage to the soils, estimated at 677 thousand rubles, the violator voluntarily refused to pay, and he was in no hurry to eliminate the landfill itself. 

In order to bring Zhivoy Gorod LLC to justice, environmentalists appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, where the position of the Ministry was supported. Enforcement measures have been applied against the legal entity, and the violation has been eliminated during court proceedings.
