Ecopark Company LLC failed to prove its innocence in the case of dumping construction debris in the village of Samosyrovo. In the summer of 2023, inspectors from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded KAMAZ at the time of dumping waste on the soil. As part of the administrative investigation, the violation was recorded three times. The damage to the soils caused by the owner of the vehicle amounted to about 6 million rubles. The
damage has not been compensated voluntarily, in connection with which the Ministry appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The decision to satisfy the environmentalists' claim did not suit the violator, and Ecopark Company LLC appealed to the Eleventh Arbitration Court of Appeal, and then to the Arbitration Court of the Volga District. The decision of the court of first instance on compensation for damage caused to the soil was left unchanged.
