Environmentalists sent a statement of claim to the court on the fact of an unauthorized dump on Gudovantseva St.
According to repeated complaints of Kazan residents about the illegal filling of the ravine near the house No. 51 on the street of Gudovantsev Aircraft Building district, ecologists of the Central Territorial Administration carried out a number of visits to survey the territory. During the visits, a huge dump in a ravine in the SNT "Zaovrazhye" was revealed. During the first visits, the recorded total area of clutter was 213 sq.m., the volume of the landfill was 1065 cubic meters. Construction waste was brought here by KAMAZ trucks. Measures were taken against the owners of trucks in accordance with the legislation, a warning was issued to the owner of the land plot about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation and the elimination of landfills. However, the owner of the land did not fulfill the conditions of the prescription, and the landfill only increased. At the repeated departure of the inspectors, the clutter area was already 682 sq.m., and the volume of the landfill was 5456 cubic meters. Environmentalists calculated and presented the damage caused to the environment in the amount of 88,660,000 rubles. The claim was not received by the guilty person. Now the Ministry has filed a claim with the Aviastroitelny District Court of Kazan.
