The landfill in the Aviastroitelny district of Kazan was liquidated after the intervention of environmentalists
According to the information received about the unauthorized disposal of waste in the Aviastroitelny district of Kazan, inspectors of the Central Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a field visit. During the survey of the territory near the gardeners' non-commercial partnership "Chaika", the storage of construction waste on three land plots was revealed. The total area of clutter was 320 sq.m., the volume of the landfill was 776 cubic meters. A warning was issued to the owner of the land plots about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation and the liquidation of the landfill within 60 days. However, within the prescribed period, the owner did not eliminate the violation. In this regard, the Central Territorial Administration filed a claim with the Aviastroitelny District Court of Kazan. The environmentalists' claims were satisfied by the judicial authority and today the landfills have been liquidated.
