More than 4,000 violations have already been eliminated during the sanitary and ecological two-month period in Tatarstan
The interim results of the environmental event were reported by the Minister of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Shadrikov at a traditional meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
He noted that since the beginning of the two-month period, the supervisory authorities in the republic have revealed 5,082 violations, 4111 of them have been eliminated, 1,315 protocols have been drawn up, administrative fines totaling 1.2 million rubles have been imposed. 3,323 places of unauthorized waste disposal were identified, 79.5% were eliminated.
In total, more than 320 thousand cubic meters of solid household waste were taken to landfills by municipal districts of the republic during the two-month period, more than 12 thousand units of special equipment were involved, more than 587 thousand trees and shrubs were planted.
"I will especially note the work on the eve of our main holiday – Victory Day. All municipalities approached with full responsibility and put in order the memorials of Glory, obelisks, memorials and cemeteries," the head of the environmental protection agency reported
The speaker spoke about traditional raids and air tickets. So, 3 joint raids with Russian Railways have already been conducted, 13 districts have been surveyed, as well as the territory of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny (Zelenodolsk, Vysokogorsky, Arsky, Kukmorsky, Sabinsky, Bugulminsky, Almetyevsk, Leninogorsk, Zainsky, Nizhnekamsk, Sarmanovsky, Tukayevsky, Mendeleevsky, Utazinsky, as well as the territory of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny). A total of 60 places of unauthorized waste disposal have been identified.
Violations are also detected from the air. 2 air raids were conducted, the territory of Kazan and 16 districts of the republic were surveyed. (Kamsko-Ustinsky, Tetyushsky, Buinsky, Kaibitsky, Apastovsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Zelenodolsk, Vysokogorsky, Pestrechinsky, Laishevsky, Atninsky, Arsky, Baltasinsky, Kukmorsky, Sabinsky, Tyulyachinsky).
A total of 104 violations were detected from the air (13 April - 69, 24 April – 35). The main violations are unauthorized waste disposal.
Since the beginning of the two-month period, thanks to the connection of contracting organizations of the Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Republic of Tatarstan, more than 4.5 thousand cubic meters of solid household waste (4,535) have been collected from the right-of-way lanes, more than 3 thousand people and 269 units of special equipment have been involved.
As part of the raids with the GBU "Road Safety", 58 facts of littering of land plots were revealed. Measures have been taken for all violations within the framework of the current legislation.
"Our residents actively help us to identify violations. For a month and a half, the Republican Public Environmental Reception received 2,731 appeals through numerous communication channels. Only 1,713 messages have been received in the School Eco-patrol system, which indicates that schoolchildren are interested in the problem of environmental pollution."
The Minister of Ecology recalled that there are two weeks left until the end of the sanitary and ecological two-month period, and the Eco-spring–2023 competition is also coming to an end and called on everyone to participate more actively in it.
