Inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial administration for the kids of the Buinsk kindergartens "Fairy Tale" and "Teremok" held an exciting ecological lesson "Take care of birds in winter". Experts told about wintering and migratory birds, what they eat and how they can be helped to survive this winter. In a playful way, the children tried to make bird food based on jelly with their own hands (so that grains would not crumble) and seeds and told the inspectors poems about feathered friends. The young ecologists prepared for the lesson in advance and together with their parents built feeders, which were hung on the territory of the kindergarten that day.
The same event was held in Aznakaevo, where gymnasium students, together with inspectors of the Priiksky TA, hung feeders and poured food for birds. The first guests of the new bird houses were titmice, who flew in to enjoy a treat.
All the guys promised environmentalists that they would definitely hang feeders near their homes! With such care, it will be easier for wintering birds to survive the frosty winter.
