The republican practice-oriented seminar of specialized environmental centers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the topic: "Implementation of the tasks of environmental education: traditions and innovations" was held in the "Children's Ecological and Biological Center" of the Yelabuga district. The event was also attended by Leyla Galimova, a specialist of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the plenary part of the seminar, teachers talked about their activities in the field of environmental education. Master classes, an open lesson with the use of case technologies and on the secondary use of waste material were organized for the participants.
The second part of the seminar was held on the basis of the Department of Biology and Chemistry of the Elabuga Institute of KFU. Here the participants listened to a lecture on the evolution of the animal world on Earth and representatives of the fauna of our Republic on the example of the exhibits of the Zoological Museum and took part in the game "Advanced Sorter", which was conducted by 3rd year students of the Faculty of Biology. And at the round table, the participants discussed topical issues of environmental education of children and adults, as well as problems
