"My whole life has been spent in science": Viktor Stroganov, member of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, became the winner of the scientific prize
The awarding ceremony of the annual award of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan "Scientific Breakthrough. Fanny alga kitesh". The winner in the "Vocation" nomination became Viktor Stroganov, Doctor of Chemical Sciences and Professor at KGASU.
Viktor Fedorovich has been working as the head of the Department of Chemistry and Environmental Engineering in Construction at Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering for more than 20 years. Since 2007, he has been a member of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. The honorary award is a vivid recognition of Viktor Fedorovich's contribution to the development of science.
"Analyzing my contribution to science, I consider one of the main ones to be the development of technologies for producing high-hardness materials harder than diamond. My life has been spent in science. It is the meaning of my life," says the scientist.
Congratulations to Viktor Fedorovich on his well-deserved award and wish him new scientific discoveries, good health and further success for the benefit of Tatarstan and the whole of Russia!
The Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan was established in 2001. It is a collegial body whose competence includes consideration of scientific and technical problems aimed at solving problems related to environmental management, geological exploration of the subsurface, reproduction of the mineral resource base and environmental protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.
