To see the work of the ecological laboratory and participate in chemical research yourself. Students of Kazan State Agrarian University were presented this opportunity. Employees of the Central Department of Environmental Supervision conducted a tour of the laboratory of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan for future specialists. Environmentalists told how the sampling and analysis of samples of natural and wastewater, snow, atmospheric air, waste, soil and sediments takes place. The children were also introduced to physico-chemical methods of analysis, bio-testing and hydrobiological methods of research.
According to environmentalists, such meetings are necessary, as they help students learn in detail about the work of environmentalists and see in practice how laboratory tests are conducted.
At the end of the meeting, KGAU teacher Radik Gibadullin thanked environmentalists and noted the importance of such events for the educational cycle.
