Another illegal snow dump was discovered by environmentalists in Kazan
Unloaded snow in the wrong place. Unauthorized storage of snow masses was revealed by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry on the territory of Russian-German Switzerland. During the survey of the site, employees recorded a KAMAZ dump truck, the driver of which was unloading snow. The area of illegal storage was 300 sq.m., the volume was 84 cubic meters.m.
A notice was sent to the owner of the vehicle to compile administrative material under Part 1 of Article 3.6 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan. In relation to the administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan, a protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The case materials were sent to the Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan to make a decision, the violator faces a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
