A fine of up to 500 thousand rubles threatens the Kazan organization for violating the terms of the license
Violation of license rights in the extraction of common minerals was revealed by inspectors of the Central TA of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan together with employees of the Prosecutor's Office of the Vysokogorsky district. As ecologists have established, the organization conducted exploration and extraction of limestone on agricultural lands in the Vysokogorsky district, which is a violation of environmental legislation.
For violation of the conditions stipulated by the license for the use of mineral resources, a protocol has been drawn up in respect of a legal entity under Part 2 of art.7.3 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The violator faces a fine in the amount of 300 thousand rubles to 500 thousand rubles.
