The late payment of an administrative fine in the amount of 400 thousand rubles for violating the conditions stipulated by the license for the use of mineral resources, led to another fine - in double size now.
An organization engaged in sand mining in the Almetyevsk district violated the requirements of a license for the use of mineral resources, for which it was held accountable under Part 2 of art.7.3 The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation by inspectors of the South-Eastern TA of the Ministry. A protocol was drawn up and a fine of 400 thousand rubles was imposed. The legal entity had to pay it in full no later than 60 days from the date of entry into force of the resolution. However, the company has drawn up a petition to delay the payment of the fine for 1 month and installment payment for 3 months. However, according to the confirmed schedule, the payment was not received on time. Based on this, an administrative protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Evasion of administrative punishment" and the amount of the fine was doubled.
At the moment, the company will have to pay a fine in the amount of 400 thousand rubles according to Part 2 of art.7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and 800 thousand rubles under Part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
