Today, at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Olga Manidicheva met with the finalist of the republican contest of young leaders "Up!" - Veronika Galiakbarova. 

How to properly sort garbage and who are the environmentalists? The answers to these and other questions were found out by the children of MADOU "Kindergarten No. 408 of the combined type" of the Sovetsky district. An environmental lesson on the topic "The enemy of nature is garbage" was conducted for them by employees of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry.

Students of 2-4 courses of Kazan State Agrarian University were told about the profession of an ecologist and the specifics of this work. The organizer of the meeting is Professor of the Department of Forestry and Forest Cultures of KGAU Kharis Musin.

During one of the raid inspections of the territory of the city of Menzelinsk, illegal storage of construction and household waste was revealed. 

In the Zavolzhsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, an environmental campaign "Hand over batteries with Duracell" was held. More than 450 kg of spent batteries were collected for recycling by kindergartens and schools of the Buinsky district. 

The Republic of Tatarstan has entered the top 5 regions of the Russian Federation in terms of the number of applications from schoolchildren for participation in the International Children's and Youth Award "Ecology is everyone's concern". For six months, participants from 86 regions of Russia and 27 countries of the world sent 9.5 thousand applications, 280 of them works from the Republic of Tatarstan. 

The Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the Regional Youth Public Organization "It will be clean" of the Republic of Tatarstan with teachers of educational institutions of the Republic. Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Zilya Valeeva and Head of the Department of Information Systems and Environmental Education of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Valiullin addressed the participants of the meeting with welcoming words.

The results of the competition "School Eco-patrol" have been summed up.  "The most active student", "The most active class", "The most active school", "The best municipal district" - there are not one, not two or even three winners, but dozens! The best students of Tatarstan - environmental assistants who identified the largest number of unauthorized waste disposal sites within the framework of the republican contest "School Eco-patrol" were awarded today at the Cultural Center "Saidash". 

The excess of the content of pollutants in the discharges from the treatment facilities of one of the enterprises in the Nurlat district was revealed by inspectors of the South-Eastern TA of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

Black smoke and a pungent smell attracted the attention of residents of Naberezhnye Chelny, living on the Gidrostroiteley st. They sent the complaint to the People's Control. Inspectors of the Kama territorial Administration, who went to the site, identified the source of emissions – this is a boiler house running on firewood and pallets.
