The excess of the content of pollutants in the discharges from the treatment facilities of one of the enterprises in the Nurlat district was revealed by inspectors of the South-Eastern TA of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. As environmentalists explained, the company legally uses water bodies and is obliged to provide a quarterly report on the quality of wastewater. It was in the data for the third quarter that environmentalists found the excess in terms of ammonium, sulfates, phosphates and nitrites.
For violation of the requirements for the protection of water bodies, protocols were drawn up against an official under Part 4 of Article 8.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and art.7.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The case materials were transferred to the Nurlatsky District Court.
