The territory near the village Novoe Ibraikino of the Aksubayevsky district is littered with garbage
The violation was detected by inspectors of the Volga-Kama territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan on the outskirts of the village of Novoe Ibraikino. The area of unauthorized waste disposal made 120 sq. m., the volume was 60 cubic meters. m.
In relation to the official, environmentalists have drawn up an administrative protocol under Part 1 of Article8.2 of The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with the requirements in the field of environmental protection during the collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of production and consumption waste", as well as a submission on the elimination of the offense within 30 days was issued.
