The results of the work done for the first half of 2021 were announced today by the Central Territorial Department of the Ministry. The report was made by the head of the department Radik Nazmutdinov. We remind that the department carries out environmental supervision on the territory of the city of Kazan, Laishevsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Zelenodolsk, Pestrechinsky, and Vysokogorsky districts.
Since January of this year, specialists of the Central Technical Service have identified more than 1.000 violations of environmental legislation, 935 administrative protocols have been drawn up. The amount of fines imposed amounted to about 6 million rubles.
In terms of atmospheric air protection, according to the data of 4 automatic pollution control stations, more than 600 thousand analyses were carried out.
The territorial administration pays special attention to the identification and liquidation of unauthorized landfills. In total, experts have identified 306 places of unauthorized bulk and landfills on a total area of 23.324 sq. m. As the head of the department notes, helicopter flights and commission detours of railways are an effective method of detecting illegal landfills: "Since the beginning of the year, more than 600 violations have been detected in the territories during supervision."
In the field of subsurface use, 23 violations were revealed in terms of non-compliance with the terms of the license agreement and 2 facts of conducting unlicensed mining of common minerals.
