30 tons of double-glazed windows revealed by environmentalists in the town Tetyushi
The dumping of production and consumption waste on the soil was discovered by the inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial administration of the Ministry during a helicopter flyby on the territory of the Tetyushsky district. During the survey, it was established that the legal entity stored broken glass on its territory. "These wastes belong to the V hazard class," the environmentalists noted. The area of unauthorized placement was 97 sq. m., the volume amounted to 12 cubic meters.
According to this fact, the guilty person was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with the requirements in the field of environmental protection during the collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of production and consumption waste", and a fine of 100 thousand rubles was also imposed. At present, the territory is in a sanitary and proper condition.
