More than 73 tons of batteries were collected by students of Tatarstan
More than 73 tons of used batteries – this is the result of Tatarstan schoolchildren following the results of the "Hand over batteries with Duracell" campaign, in the period from 2019 to 2021. All educational organizations of the republic took part in the collection of spent batteries. Let us recall that the company "Duracell Russia" OOO has been implementing a pilot project in Tatarstan since 2018 to create a comprehensive infrastructure for collecting batteries. The purpose of the campaign is to involve students of general education organizations of the republic to participate in the process of separate collection of SMW, in environmental actions, to encourage educational organizations of the republic for environmental and educational work, to increase environmental literacy of the population, to popularize the ecological way of life of the population of the republic.
The award ceremony was held on June 5 at the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan, as part of the award ceremony for the winners of the "Ecovesna 2021" campaign.
So, according to the results of the competition, the winners of the collection of spent batteries were:
In the "The most active student (1st-4th grade) category:
1) Yegor Makarov – MBGEI "SOSH No. 36" of the Nizhnekamsk district;
2) Tukhvatullin Yaroslav – MBGEI "Multidisciplinary lyceum No. 186 - "Perspektiva" of the Privolzhsky district;
3) Khuramshin Ranis – MBGEI "Arskaya gymnasium No. 5" of Arsky district.
In the "The most active student (5th-8th grade)" category:
1) Ibragimova Dilyara – MBGEI "Gymnasium of Aznakayevo" of the Aznakayevsky district;
2) Zarubina Angelina – MBGEI "SOSH No. 50 with in-depth study of individual subjects";
3) Chikirev Rudel – MBGEI "Aktanysh cadet boarding school named after Hero of the Soviet Union Hasan Zamanov" of the Aktanyshsky district.

1) Valiev Radel Robertovich – MBGEI "Gymnasium of the city of Aznakaevo" of the Aznakaevsky district;
2) Idrisova Karina – MBGEI "SOSH No. 41";
3) Denis Mukhin – MBGEI "SOSH No. 10" of the Nizhnekamsk district.
