Two violations at once on the coastal protective strip of a water body were identified in the Tukayevskiy region
Restriction of the access to Shilna river was identified on the territory of the Maloshilninskiy rural settlement by employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry upon appeals of citizens. In the course of investigation, a violation of environmental legislation was found in relation to two land owners.
In relation to the second individual, ecologists discovered the storage of construction waste on the coastal protection zone of the water body, and during the survey they also revealed the discharge of drainage water into the river. In relation to the guilty person, protocols were drawn up on an administrative offense under Art. 8.13 and 7.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, as well as an order was issued to bring the coastal protective strip of a water body into compliance.
