Illegal sale or legal admission? Case on removal of fertile soil in Kuyuki was transferred to police department

Inspectors from the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded the moment of loading chernozem soil into the dump truck body in the Kuyuki village of the Pestrechinskiy district during the raid. The total area of soil layer removal was 125 square meters. Inspection materials for making a procedural decision were transferred to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
