A press conference dedicated to the project of reintroduction of the Saker falcon in the republic was held today at the Tatar-inform news agency.

As part of the sanitary two-month period, environmentalists conducted an on-site survey. During the monitoring of Naberezhnye Chelny, two unauthorized landfills were discovered.

In 2025, the implementation of the Recycling School: Electronics program in support of the national Environmental Well-being project continues in the Republic of Tatarstan. In April, 8 tons of electronic and electrical equipment were collected and disposed of as part of the program.

Today we celebrate Polar Explorer's Day, a special holiday for those who have dedicated their lives to exploring the harsh Arctic territories of our great country.

Today, on Volga Day, caring residents of Kazan, with the support of the Ministry of Ecology, cleaned the banks of the Volga River on the territory of the Volzhskaya Gavan residential complex. 

As part of the sanitary two-month period, inspectors from the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology, together with specialists from GBU BDD, conducted an on-site inspection of roadside lanes. 

In the Arsk Central Library, inspectors of the Northern Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, specialists of the Ashit Nature Reserve met with students of the Arsk Humanitarian and Technical College.

During the inspection of the territories, the Ministry's inspectors revealed violations of environmental legislation in the Leninogorsk and Bugulma districts.

In the village of Utyashkino, Novosheshminsky district, and in the village of Kuralovo, Spassky district, an environmental campaign "Clean Coast" was held as part of the national project "Ecological well-being".

Since April 1, within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period, which takes place in support of the national project "Ecological well-being", municipalities have removed more than 267 thousand cubic meters of solid household waste, about 317 thousand people and 4.5 thousand pieces of equipment have been involved in cleaning the territories. More than 275,000 trees and shrubs have been planted in Tatarstan.
