Almost 4 thousand appeals have been received by the environmental reception center of the Ministry of Ecology since the beginning of the year
Environmentalists reviewed and resolved 3392 appeals out of 3,873 received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception.
1,734 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception, 1,180 notifications were received in the School Ecopatrol application. 851 appeals were registered in the People's Control system and 108 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal – this is 2021 reports (1180 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). Residents complained 593 times about the quality of atmospheric air, 423 times about the quality of water, and 799 times about other issues. There were also 37 complaints about CUM.
