A landfill with an area of almost 13 thousand square meters was discovered by environmentalists in the Yutazinsky district

During the monitoring of the Yutazinsky district, inspectors of the Priiksky department found a violation in the village of Bayraka. Environmentalists have identified an unauthorized landfill of housing waste and wood waste. The area of the violation is 12880 sq.m.

Since the landfill was not voluntarily liquidated within the established time frame, the Priiksky department filed a claim with the Utazinsky Court of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The court satisfied the claims in full.

It should be recalled that violation of environmental legislation entails administrative, criminal and civil liability.
