To continue work on preventing illegal storage and promptly eliminate all previously identified landfills - issues of joint environmental protection activities were discussed today by environmentalists of the Kama region with the heads of the Executive Committees of Agryzsky, Aktanyshsky, Yelabuga, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky, Menzelinsky, Tukayevsky districts, Naberezhnye Chelny, as well as the regional operator Grint.

For controlled persons on the portal of Public Services of the Russian Federation, the possibility of evaluating a preventive visit conducted by a supervisory authority has been implemented.

The environmental project "Free Current" has been launched in Kazan again, aimed at cleaning the Kazanka riverbed. The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Ecology and the regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society as part of a large scientific work that has been underway since 2022. This is a comprehensive project "Improving the ecological condition of rivers and reservoirs of the Republic of Tatarstan".

For the third year in a row, the Resource Center of Volunteerism of the Republic of Tatarstan will take part in the Republican Youth Day and on June 29 will open the "City of Kind People" for visitors to the URAM extreme Park. The official opening of the City will take place at 13:00.

Environmental education is unthinkable without an excursion into the world of nature, experts from the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan believe. This time, the secrets and peculiarities of conducting environmental experiments were revealed together with the pupils of the Arsky rehabilitation center "Istok Nadezhdy".

Residents of the village of Muratovo, Kaybitsky district, appealed to the Ministry of Ecology with a complaint about a landfill of broken bricks that formed next to the road to the local cemetery. 

4,497 citizens' appeals have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year.

The landfill of construction waste was identified during the monitoring of the Aktanyshsky district. On the territory of the Starosafarovsky rural settlement, as a result of illegal actions, a plot of 579 square meters was littered. 

At the weekly meeting, Minister of Ecology Alexander Shadrikov congratulated Sergey Bogatyrev, Head of the Environmental Rationing Department, Anastasia Stolpovskaya, Head of the Civil Service and Personnel Department, and Yulia Tyuplina, Head of the Information Geo-resources and Monitoring Department.
