Violators from Bugulma have to pay more than 2.6 million rubles for the damage caused to nature
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received information about the spill of technical liquid in Bugulma on the adjacent territory of the Vivid plant. Inspectors and specialists from the Department of Environmental Supervision of the Southeastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology, together with employees of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Bugulminsky district, went to the site.
During the survey of the territory, the fact of a technical liquid spill was confirmed. The total area of the spill was 556 sq.m.
Soil samples were taken by employees of the Ministry of Ecology. According to the results of the study, the excess of the norms of chlorides and sulfates was revealed by 10 times. As
a result of the destruction of the fertile soil layer in violation of the rules for handling hazardous waste, the amount of damage caused to nature amounted to 2,651,000 rubles.
All information on the case was sent to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Bugulminsky district to bring the perpetrators to administrative and criminal responsibility.
