On April 13, 2015 during the two-month sanitary and ecological campaign held in Tatarstan, fellow workers of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the fact of extraction of common mineral resources with no authorization documentation.
