On October 9, fellow workers of the Northern Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with Arsk Interdistrict Department of court bailiffs under the Administration of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs for the Republic of Tatarstan and the branch office of the All-Russian political party “Edinaya Rossiya” (“United Russia”) arranged cleaning of Pashkovsky Forest of Arsk District in the framework of the campaign “Clean forests of Tatarstan”.

In the framework of the International Day of Older persons, trades committee of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan arranged a contest of drawings “Grandpa, grandma and me” among the children of the fellow workers of the Ministry and the children attending the nursery No. 47 of Privolzhsky District of Kazan City, which is the prize winner of the contest regarding “Nature protection”.

Today in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a Round table on “Environmental aspects of economic management in the Republic of Tatarstan” was organized by the Ecological Land Management Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan. Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Kalaida took part in the Round Table.

On October 8, the Third Interregional Ecological Forum and the 17th specialized exhibition “UralEcology. Industrial safety – 2012” took place at the Cultural center “Neftyanik” in Ufa with the participation of the First Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Kamalov.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources celebrated labor veterans on the International Day of Older People.
The International Day of Older People is celebrated around the world on October 1. It was established at the initiative of the United Nations General Assembly on December 14, 1990. To promote changes in society’s attitude to its elderly members was the main mission of the campaign.

The campaign “Clean Air” was held from June 1 until September 30, 2012 in the Republic of Tatarstan by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with the Administration of the State Inspectorate For Traffic Security under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On October 6, the specialists of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan took an active part in the “Forest Planting Day” Campaign: they planted more than 1000 pine and fir-tree saplings in the territory of the State Forestry of the suburban forest area.

Today the Awards Ceremony has taken place in the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of Andrey Kalayda , the Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Ildar Gilmutdinov, the Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The winners of the “Green World” social video contest and “My Native Land” photo contest have got their awards.

Today, the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Administrator of Almetyevsk Municipal District Artem Sidorov visited Almetyevsk, where he participated in the campaign “Plant your tree” in the Park of the 90th anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic located in Shevchenko street.
