Working trip of the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan to Almetyevsk

Today, the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Administrator of Almetyevsk Municipal District Artem Sidorov visited Almetyevsk, where he participated in the campaign “Plant your tree” in the Park of the 90th anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic located in Shevchenko street.
Head of Almetyevsk Municipal District Mazit Salikhov, fellow workers of the Municipal Budgetary Establishment “Department for Ecology and Land Use of Almetyevsk Municipal District” and pupils of School No. 12 of Almetyevsk took part in the campaign as well.
Participants of the campaign planted 60 saplings of birches and mountain ashes. In general Almetyevsk Executive Committee planned greenery planting of the city yards and territories for the autumn of 2012. It is expected that more than 3700 trees will be planted in the territory of 12.55 hectares in area.
Artem Sidorov also visited Almetyevsk Board and Care Facility where he congratulated both war and labor veterans on the Day of Older People.
On the same day the minister took part in the opening ceremony of the general practice department of Almetyevsk District Central Hospital in the new residential district “Yashlek”. The department will serve 6 thousand people living in the above-mentioned residential district.
