The XIIIAll-Russian Research-to-Practice Conference“Political, economic and sociocultural aspects of regional management in the European North” was held at Kazan (Volga) Federal University.The event was held in the teleconference mode. Today, Head of the Department for State Ecological Expertise under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Olga Manidicheva, celebrates her birthday. She has been working at the ministry since 2005– at first she held the office of the leading specialist at the Branch of the State Expertise of theDepartmentfor the State Ecological Expertise and Standardization of Nature Use, and as of 2012 she is Head of the Department for the State Ecological Expertise under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today,the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorov congratulated Olga Manidicheva on her birthday in the context of a meeting in the mode of a teleconference with territorial departments; he acknowledged her high professional qualities and expressed his gratitude for her efficient work.

Specialists of the Department for Environmental Protectionand the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstaninspected operation of closed systems of discharge of oil products with recuperation of motor fuel vaporsfrom reservoirs andfuel-dispensing units into road-tankers for further removal of vapors and their recuperation at oil delivery terminals installed in Kazan at the filling stations ofthe “Company ‘FORT-RIMEX’” LLC at 86 Magistralnaya str.,and “Transnefteproduct” LLC at the intersection of K. Tinchurina and G. Kamala streets

The meeting with representatives of large companies of the Republic of Tatarstan, namely “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” OJSC, “TANEKO” OJSC, and “Kazanorgsyntez” OJSC was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The audience familiarized with experience of inMedia holding with regard to arrangement of in-process control of the companies of chemical and petrochemical industry in the field of air protection including use of automatic equipment.

Meetings of the workforce regarding “Review of ‘Anticorruption monitoring for the 1st half-year of 2014’” and “Study of the opinion of the population of the Republic of Tatarstan on corruption” elaborated by the Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan forsocial and economic monitoring were held at structural departments of the Central Office and territorial departmentsof the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. An ordinary issue of the magazine “Anti-corruption reporter” was published at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the beginning of October.
Amendments to the anti-corruption legislation and the results of anti-corruption activity of the Ministry for the Q3 2014 are reflected in the magazine.
Articles of journalists from various mass media are also covered includingthe following: anti-corruption activity was the reason for arrested development of economy (www.vedomosti.ru);the State Road Traffic Safety Inspection requires new powers.

Starting from October 27, 2014 the “V Forum of young citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan” will be held in Tatarstan. This project is aimed at development of public activity of young citizens, enhancement and improvement of the mechanisms of support of children’s organizations, attraction of the attention of public and the state to the solution of the problems of children and youth.

Saturday work campaign for sanitary and ecological cleaning of territories of the Republic of Tatarstan, planned to be carried out on October 18th, is postponed until later due to considerable weather deterioration.
