During a two-month sanitary and environmental inspection, inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan discovered waste dumping in the territory of the Zainsky district. The waste consists of concrete products and building bricks.
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the first meeting of an interdepartmental working group established to address problematic issues and eliminate negative impact factors identified during research work to improve the ecological condition of rivers and reservoirs of the republic using the example of a pilot facility, the Kazanka River.
As part of the sanitary and environmental two-month period, inspectors from the Priiksky department monitored the Aznakaevsky and Muslyumovsky districts. During the survey, environmentalists found two landfills.
In May, concerned residents of Almetyevsk, together with the SUNSUP SAP club and with the support of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan and inspectors from the Southeastern Department, held an exciting clean-up day. During a walk on water boards, 20 participants collected garbage on the Steppe Zai River and along its banks.
During the monitoring of the territory of the Rybno-Slobodsky district, unauthorized waste storage was detected. A discharge of construction waste was recorded on a land plot located in the village of Yulsubino. The total area of the contaminated site was 300 sq. m.
Pupils of the kindergarten "ABVGDeika" visited the Zavolzhsky department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. An excursion was conducted for the children, where they could immerse themselves in the world of ecology and laboratory research.
During an inspection of the territory of the Kaibitsky district, unauthorized waste disposal was discovered on the outskirts of the village of Staroe Tyaberdino. The total area of the landfill was 105 sq. m.
On October 16, Volosovo, Leningrad Region, will host the Children's Environmental Film Day of Russia, an All–Russian festival with international participation. The event will draw attention to the problems of the environment of the native land through creative reflection and understanding in order to maintain the goals of the national project "Environmental well-being".

In kindergartens "Teremok" and "ABVGDEIKa" in Buinsk, environmentalists introduced children to the rules of caring for nature. The children performed tasks related to plants and animals, as well as learned ways to take care of the environment in a game format – how to properly sort garbage, what to plant trees for, and how to behave in the forest.
