Two landfills, with a total area of almost 1,000 square meters, were identified by environmentalists in Chistopol

As part of the monitoring of the Chistopolsky district, the inspectors of the Volga-Kama Department identified two unauthorized landfills.

The first storage of waste was discovered in Chistopol near the cemetery. The total area of the violation was 140 sq.m., the volume was 119 cubic meters.

The second illegal storage was revealed after the helicopter raid. A landfill of construction waste was discovered on Narimanov Street. The total area is 840 sq.m., the volume is 210 cubic meters.

Warnings have been sent to the Executive Committee of the Chistopolsky district about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation and the elimination of landfills.
