The fact of illegal mining of common mineral resources was revealed in Kamskoye Ustye. A joint raid of specialists from the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and employees of the Kamsko-Ustyinskiy police department of Verkhneuslonsky Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, a career with an area of ​​1080 sq. m and a depth of 0.4 m was revealed on the right bank of the Volga River, in the coastal protection zone of the Kuibyshev water reservoir.

Based on the appeal of citizens about dumping of salt solution on a land plot located in SNT “Alma” of Naberezhnye Chelny city, an administrative investigation was launched by experts of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The inspectors took samples of the soil; as a result of the research, it was established that the concentration of the detected substances (sulphate - ion, chloride - ion) was exceeded.

2,529 creative works were accepted as part of the “From a clean sheet!” environmental drawing competition. The competition, organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held from October 10 to November 10, 2018 among pupils of 1-11 grades.
