Since the beginning of the year, more than 10,000 complaints have been received at the Republican Public Environmental Reception

10,304 appeals have been reviewed by environmentalists since the beginning of the year. Most of them – 5,587 - through the School Eco-Patrol mobile application. According to the “People’s control” system, ecologists reviewed 1,295 messages, 1,270 notifications via WhatsApp, Telegram, Eco.signal, “Hotline” communication channels. 2,152appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
