For the purpose of environmental education, the State Memorial and Nature Reserve “Museum-Estate of L. N. Tolstoy “Yasnaya Polyana” organizes an international children's creative poster competition “Take care of nature”.

Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan found a violation of environmental legislation, namely, restriction of free access to the 20-meter-long coastal strip of the water body (Kuibyshev reservoir). In Maslovka and Anatysh villages of Rybno-Slobodskiy district, two unauthorized dumps of household waste were eliminated. The total area of ​​liquidation was 58 sq.m., volume - 11 cubic meters.
