More than 2.654 million measurements have been carried out by 17 automatic air pollution control stations since the beginning of the year, including five AAPCSs in Kazan - more than 813 thousand.
Last week, according to data received from the stations, exceedances of the maximum permissible concentrations of hydrogen sulfide were recorded in Kazan (I. Shakirov Ave., 3) and Zelenodolsk district (Osinovo village).
No excess was detected at the other AAPCSs located in the capital of the republic.
Information about the health of the equipment:
- The gas analyzer for the determination of dihydrosulfide and sulfur dioxide at AAPCS-2 (Kazan, Pavlyukhin str., 75) has been under diagnosis since 02.08.
- The ammonia gas analyzer at AAPCS-2 (Kazan, Pavlyukhin str., 75) has been under diagnosis since 08.08.
- The gas analyzer for measuring phenol at AAPCS-3 (Kazan, 76 Maksimov str.) has been under diagnosis since 30.07.2024.
- The gas analyzer for the measurement of suspended particles at AAPCS-3 (Kazan, Maksimov str., 76) has been under diagnosis since 31.07.2024.
- The gas analyzer for measuring carbon monoxide at AAPCS-4 (Kazan, Chetaev str., 26) has been under verification since 09.07.
- The gas analyzer for measuring nitrogen oxide and ammonia at AAPCS-4 (Kazan, Chetaev str., 26) has been under verification since 25.07.
- The gas analyzer for measuring phenol at AAPCS-5 (Kazan, I. Shakirov ave., 3) has been under diagnosis since 01.08.2024.
With this in mind, data on phenol at AAPCS-5, dihydrosulfide, sulfur dioxide and ammonia at AAPCS-2, phenol and suspended solids at AAPCS-3, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide and ammonia at AAPCS-4 are not displayed on the Ecological Map of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Also, as part of the consideration of citizens' appeals, measurements were carried out in the northern part of Kazan at night. With the help of a mobile environmental laboratory, atmospheric air samples were taken at the following addresses: 3 Khimikov Str., 20 Lukin Str., 1 Komsomolskaya Str. and Vosstaniya, 58. According to the results of the study, no exceedances of the maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants were detected.
